formerly Pole Fitness Seattle

We are growing! Grow with us! — a new premium pole, aerial & wellness studio opens September 1st in Bellevue.

Be part of the community where you can develop skills, have fun, and leave stronger, more confident, and empowered.

PFS Bellevue (formerly Pole Fitness Seattle), located in Bellevue, is adding a brand-new, larger studio at 12121 Northup Way — with a soft opening scheduled for August 15th and full operational opening September 1st, 2026. Soaring ceilings, brand-new poles and aerial rigging, and rooms designed for movement and creativity. With 2 beautiful studio rooms as well as our current studio location, we are bringing you 50+ classes every week — offering more ways than ever to move, connect, and thrive!

What makes us special

Every class is capped at 8 students, with one apparatus per person. No sharing, no waiting your turn, no getting lost in the crowd. Your instructor knows your name, your goals, and exactly where you are in your journey.

Quality over quantity is our motto! We believe every student deserves individual attention, thoughtful safety-focused instruction, and a supportive environment where they leave each class feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.

Alongside pole and aerial arts, our studio will offer a full dance and wellness program — Twerk, Heels (NEW!), Beginner Heels & Floorwork (Exotic), Floorwork, Flexibility, Pilates, Conditioning, Aerial Hammock Yoga, Low Hammock and more… — so there's a way for everyone, whatever your athletic level or interest.

Small groups, one apparatus per person
High ceilings for advanced levels, with separate rooms for Pole, Aerial and Dance/Wellness classes
Brand-new, clean boutique-style studio with perks like individual towels, water, coffee, and snacks to get you going
Beginner-friendly, with well-trained, skilled instructors for each discipline
Variety of classes for all levels and interests, no matter your fitness level
More than a studio — it's a place to build strength, express yourself, find balance, and become part of an incredible community!

Every Founding Membership includes our Intro to Pole Series (or apparatus of your choice) — a 4-week beginner course designed to take you from "I've never done this" to your first spins, with confidence.

  • 4 classes, once a week, same day and time — a rhythm that's easy to keep
  • Same small group, same instructor, all 4 weeks — no walking into a room of strangers twice
  • Closed group, max 8 students — nobody joins mid-course; everyone starts at zero together
  • Step-by-step curriculum — foundations, strength basics, first spins and poses, at a beginner's pace
  • Graduation at week 4 — celebrate, then move up to Level 1 with your cohort

The course uses 4 of your classes, and the rest are yours to explore — Dance, Conditioning, and more.

September cohorts are forming now — founding members choose their group first.

A note from the founder

Olga, founder of PFS Bellevue (formerly Pole Fitness Seattle)
"I'm Olga, founder of PFS Bellevue (formerly Pole Fitness Seattle). Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of students discover pole fitness as well as other aerial arts and dance — many of whom walked through our doors feeling nervous and unsure. Watching them grow in confidence has been the most rewarding part of this journey. I can't wait to welcome you to our brand-new, larger Bellevue studio."

— Olga, Founder

Hear from our students

"My aerial journey started at this studio last year, and it's turned into so much more than I expected. From the very first class, the passionate instructors made me feel completely at home. But what really keeps me coming back is the community — this studio has such a warm, small boutique feel, and it's become a place where I genuinely come to hang out with my people, not just take a class. I've made so many good friends along the way, the kind who cheer you on through every new skill and every wobbly attempt. This is where I found my love for aerial dance, and honestly, where I found my community too."

Annie, aerial student at PFS Bellevue AnnieAerial student

"I used to feel trapped and confined by life. Pole dance gives me back my freedom and the courage to break through my limits, transforming me physically and mentally. I am so grateful to have this hobby in my life and plan to pursue it for as long as I can. I also absolutely love this community — it connects me with diverse people, and everyone is incredibly supportive, friendly, and harmonious."

Yiyun, pole student at PFS Bellevue YiyunPole student

"I first walked into PFS studio as a nervous beginner with little to no dance background. What started as a leap way outside my comfort zone turned into a years-long activity. Through consistent training across a few different styles, I slowly built skills and confidence I never thought I had in me. That's exactly what I want to pass on to my students: you really don't need to start out as a 'dancer' to become one! Today I teach Pole, Floorwork, and Silk fans, mixing strength with sensual expression. In my classes you'll be encouraged to get stronger while also letting go and having fun — because I know firsthand how good it feels to surprise yourself. Whether you're brand new or coming back for more, I can't wait to welcome you to the studio!"

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be strong or fit to start?
No. Strength is the result of practicing on a pole or other aerial apparatus, not a requirement for it. The Intro course starts from absolute zero, and every movement has beginner variations.
I feel uncomfortable wearing little clothing. Can I still do pole?
This is a common misconception. Nothing revealing is required, ever. For your first pole class wear a t-shirt and leggings or shorts. (As you progress, bare skin on legs helps grip the pole — but this is up to your choice.) For Aerial Hammock, Lyra, Sling, Trapeze and Flying Pole, covered clothing is actually recommended. For all other classes, we specify the dance / dressing attire prior to the class.
I've never done anything like this. Will I feel out of place?
That's exactly who the Intro course is for — a closed group of max 8 beginners who all start together, with the same instructor for all 4 weeks. We've developed a specifically beginner-friendly curriculum, and our instructors are trained in creating a welcoming, judgement-free environment to ensure you have the best experience possible.
What does "founding rate locked for 12 months" mean? Should I commit to 12 months?
This means your price is frozen for 12 months — it won't increase, even when standard pricing rises. It does not mean a 12-month commitment: memberships have a 3-month minimum, then are month-to-month auto-pay renewal. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel anytime with 15 days' cancellation notice. You also have the option to upgrade or downgrade your membership.
When do classes start?
The new studio opens August 15 with the soft-opening party; the full schedule and beginner cohorts start the first week of September. The first Intro to Pole cohorts start Wednesday September 2 (5:30 PM), Sunday September 6 (5:00 PM), and Monday September 7 (5:30 PM). Pre-registration is required to secure your spot with a deposit of $50. Final payment is due one week prior to the start. Full conditions for registration can be found when signing up.
Are you having an opening party? Can I come?
Yes — and everyone's invited, not just members! Join us for our opening celebration at the new studio on August 15. Come see the space, meet our instructors, and get a feel for the community. Classes at the new location start that same day, so even if you haven't begun your Intro to Pole Series yet, you can jump in and try other classes right away. The studio moves to full operations and a full schedule on September 1. RSVP for the opening party.
What happens after the 60 spots are gone?
New memberships move to a waitlist basis at standard pricing, without founding benefits. We reserve the right to limit the number of memberships to preserve the boutique style of our studio.
What if I'd rather not do pole at all?
Come anyway — membership classes work across the whole schedule: aerial apparatuses such as Hammock & Sling, Lyra, Dance Trapeze, Aerial Hammock Yoga; Dance (Heels & Twerk); Flexibility, Pilates, Conditioning, Restore & Release — with more classes to be added.
How do I sign up?
Any button on this page — checkout takes about two minutes on Groovio, and it's the same account you'll use to book classes.
I'm currently a member at Pole Fitness Seattle — what happens to my membership?
Anything you purchase before August 15 — passes, class packs, or memberships — transfers automatically to the new studio. Please reach out to us with any questions at info@polefitnessseattle.com.
