Pole & Flow Classes

Getting Started

Intro Series [4-week closed group]
Four-week foundational course teaching six basic fundamental pole spins and terminology. Register
Beginner Pole
For those with little to no pole experience learning basic walks and spins.
Beginner Flow
Choreography designed to teach graceful movement around the pole.

Level Progression

Level 1 (L1)
Expands upon basic spins and transitions, while exploring new poses and combos. Prerequisites: Intro Series completion.
Level 2 (L2)
Focuses on conditioning for advanced climbs and static poses without inversions.
Level 3 (L3)
Introduces inverted poses and basic upside-down techniques. Requires instructor clearance.
Level 4 (L4)
Features intermediate to advanced inversions with dynamic elements. Requires clearance.

Flow & Choreography

Pole Flow
Focuses on creative transitions and layering textures onto existing skills.
Intermediate Flow
Advanced choreography with more advanced transitions, spins and poses.
Flow Elements
Teaches beautiful transitions with emphasis on sensual movement and erotic styling.

Floorwork & Exo

Floorwork
Explores dance transitions and floor movements, including legwork, dive downs, pop-ups, and rolls.
Low-Flow Combos
Short combo class using floorwork, basework, and transitions.
Beginner Exo Flow
Teaches graceful, sexy pole choreography with erotic styling.
Intermediate Exo Flow
Advanced choreography with emphasis on musicality and subtle movement nuances.

Spin Pole

Spin Pole L1, L2, L3
Progressive spinning pole instruction at different levels.
Spin Pole Flow
Choreography on spinning pole emphasizing musicality.

Mixed, Open & Other

Mixed Level Pole
Any level is welcome with individualized instruction based on student level.
Open Pole
Unstructured practice time for experienced students.
Aerial Yoga Hammock
Yoga practice using aerial hammocks for supported poses and stretches.
Intro Series Lyra
Foundational aerial hoop course covering basic mounts and center hoop positions.
Lyra Flow
Students practice specific combinations and guided flow prompts on the hoop.
Flexibility
Deep stretching class with alignment and proper engagement focus, rotating between split types.

Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

Beginner Lyra
Teaches fundamentals including basic mounts and center hoop moves.
Lyra 1
Continues conditioning and introduces inverted shapes. Requires instructor clearance.
Lyra 2
Advanced hoop class exploring drops and rolls and complex combinations.
Lyra 3
Explores advanced inverted shapes and sophisticated combinations at greater heights.
Lyra Flow
Students practice specific combinations and guided flow prompts on the hoop.
Open Lyra
Unstructured practice with minimal supervision.

Aerial Hammock

Beginner Aerial Hammock
Combines conditioning, stretching and exploring basic poses with the aerial fabric.
Aerial Hammock Level 1
Builds on beginner foundation with additional entries and flow elements.
Intermediate Aerial Hammock
Includes combinations incorporating new positions and tricks.
Aerial Hammock Flow
Designed for experienced students exploring personal and guided flow practice.

Conditioning & Stretching

Aerial Conditioning & Stretching
Boot camp-style strength development followed by flexibility work.

Twerk

Teaches twerk fundamentals including booty pops and isolation techniques.

Chair Dance Elements

Combines choreography with pole and chair dance for sassy, sexy movement.

Pole Conditioning

Boot camp-style strength training designed for pole muscles development.
