I’ve been poling for about 5yrs. I received 2nd in the 2018 NWPC Championship L2. I enjoy poling for many reasons some of which include the community, freedom in movement, body positivity, and strength I’ve gained. I’d love to share that with anyone who has an interest in pole and encourage them to try.
