Age Requirements
Our studio has a minimum age requirement of 16 years old, and we require written consent from a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 18. Your parent or legal guardian must come to the studio with you to sign the release form with a copy of their ID. This is for insurance liability purposes. If you are a minor, be sure you are accompanied by your parent/guardian for your first class.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for classes, dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. We suggest that you arrive to the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to avoid late cancellation charges. Missing warm up due to late arrival is a safety issue, and we ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time.
Behavior
We are an open door studio and welcome all students. Please respect our instructors and their role while attending classes. Students should not be teaching other students while in the studio. Please refrain from using your cell phone in class. We do not tolerate bullying or disrespecting other students and their personal space. Such behavior will result in removal from the class and you may be asked not to return to future classes with us.
Studio Rental
Studio rentals are for personal use/practice only and are not to be used for profit purposes (this includes photoshoots, non-personal videos, events, etc.) There is a 24 hour cancellation policy when booking a studio rental. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will lose your session and your payment. Studio rentals are by the hour. We do not do half-hour rentals.
Studio Rentals must be booked via email: info@polefitnessseattle.com.
Observation
For the privacy and comfort of our students and instructors, we do not allow class observation.

If you cancel outside of this window or do not show up for the class, then you will lose your class pass credit, no exceptions. Students on a membership will be charged an $12 non-refundable fee.
Series Classes
Please check your schedule to make sure you can attend all of the classes in a series. Cancellation policy applies.
