Floorwork
Want to move across the floor like butter? Expand your dance repertoire and learn new transitions that allow you to thread new movements together and feel confident in your floorwork. This class explores all elements of floorwork, such as legwork, dive downs, pop ups and rolls, to name a few. Students will also be given new ways to utilize the base of the pole for ascending and descending to the floor.
Level 1 (L1)
This class expands upon basic spins and transitions, while also exploring new poses and combos. Students will be introduced to climbing, sitting and upright dismounting, with continued work on the fundamentals of strength building and conditioning.
* Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Pole Series (4 weeks/4 sessions minimum) OR students must be comfortable executing their basic spins on both sides, transitioning from the pole to the floor and vice-versa. (fireman, pinwheel/double stag, front hook, back hook, Ssit/step around spin, pirouette & half pirouette)
**No inverting allowed, and hips must be always below the shoulders when the student’s body is on the pole.
Level 2 (L2)
Students will continue to condition and strengthen their bodies for more advanced climbs, spins and static poses. This class focuses on expanding upon your current pole repertoire while harnessing more control and simultaneously, preparing you for the next stage, inverting. All tricks and poses are 3 points of contact and hips stay below the head (no inversions).
*Prerequisite: Students must be comfortable executing their basic climb and descent, executing the basic spins one handed, doing five crunches in a row and holding a pole sit for 5 seconds; all of which must be fulfilled on both sides. (Completion of an L1 Series should check these pre-requisites as well.)
Level 3 (L3)
In this level we take you upside down! We focus on the fundamentals of basic inverts and descents. As students gain more confidence and control, the class will explore the progression of other inversions. Build strength and consistency flowing in and out of various basic inverted poses. This class builds your foundation for L4 and beyond. Instructor clearance required.
*Prerequisites: Students must have a solid side climb on both sides, as well as the ability to hold a splay for 5 seconds, execute 3 splay crunches and solid knee hang engagement on both sides (test knee hang execution with dragonfly and no-handed genie, hold for 5 seconds).
Level 4 (L4)
Students will move through intermediate to advanced level inverts, expanding upon their inverted transitions, ascents and descents, as well as exploring more dynamic elements, such as pops and flips. Instructor clearance required.
*Prerequisites: Dual side proficiency for basic inverts (inside/outside leg hang, butterfly, pike) and aerial inverts, as well as strong shoulder mounts on both sides and the ability to safely execute a combo of minimum 3 inverted poses, complete with an ascent and a descent (the descent can be a clean pose or pass to the floor) *
Mixed Level Pole
Any Level is welcome to come and join this mixed level class. The teacher will provide a general warm up as a group and follow with individual tricks depending on your level.
Contemporary Pole
Contemporary pole is a choreography based class that incorporates expressive and beautiful movements combined with basic pole elements like beginner/intermediate spins, low flow, and floor work. You will learn low-impact moves on and off the pole that will expand your creativity and bring out your raw emotions. This could be a great start to your week. Think movement therapy!
*Bring water, knee pads, socks, or legwarmers.
*Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L1/L2 or completion of six (6) Beginner Flow classes.
Open Pole
This is an open class for individual practice and when another class is running in parallel. It is not led by a teacher. Student must have some experience.
Intermediate Flow
This choreography based class offers more advanced transitions, spins and poses, as well as exploring more advanced options for floorwork. It focuses on exploring musical textures and nuances with the body.
*Heels and knee pads are optional but highly encouraged.
**Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L1/L2 or completion of six (6) Beginner Flow classes.
Pole Flow
Pole Flow is for students of any level who are looking to expand their creativity and fine-tune their transitions between pole moves. In this class you will be guided through exercises that will help you layer on different textures, characters, musicality and emotions onto your current spin inventory. If you have ever felt stuck in your freestyle or even if you just need a safe space to explore, create and dance it out, this is the class for you.
*Bring water, knee pads, socks, or leg warmers. Heels not required.
**Prerequisite: Intro Series or completion of four (4) or more Beginner drop in classes.
Flow Elements
Learn techniques for beautiful transitions around the pole, strengthen your upper body and improve dance fluidity all while exploring mind-body connection and sensual movement. Get ready to float, trace and glide around the pole like the sexy goddess you are. This class takes elements of erotic choreography and gives you the tools to stylize and refine your movement.
*Heels required.
**Prerequisite: Intro Series or completion of four (4) or more Beginner drop in classes.
Spin Pole L1
In this class, we begin to explore the medium of spinning pole. Students will learn different methods to activate and control their spins, master climbing and static poses, as well as how to translate their existing pole knowledge to spinning pole.
*Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L1.
Spin Pole L2
Students continue to advance their trick inventory, work on more complex transitions, climbs and combinations, on spin. Class will also incorporate more intense strength and flexibility training, and begin to clean up how students ascend and descend on the pole.
*Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L2.
Spin Pole L3
Learn the fundamentals of inversions on the spinning pole. The dynamics of this class will challenge both intermediate and advanced students alike!
*Prerequisite: Cleared for L2 & L3.
Spin Pole Flow
This is a special Spin Pole class that is centered around specific combinations and free flow drills, with emphasis on seamless flow and finding musicality.
*Accessible for L1 and above.
Intermediate Exo Flow
This choreography based class offers more advanced transitions, spins and poses, as well as exploring more advanced options for floor work. It focuses on finding musical textures and harnessing subtle nuances of the body.
*This class requires a clearance of L2. Heels and knee pads are required.
Intro Series (4 weeks)
This series is designed for beginners! Students will learn the six basic fundamental pole spins, safety and terminology. They will also be introduced to creative movement and flow by combining all they have learned together into a choreographed dance. Taught as a 4 week session. Students may choose to repeat as well.

Level 1 Series (L1 Series)
This 4 week series will build on the basics of pole. It is suitable for those students that have completed their Intro to Pole Series and would like to remain with the same instructor, or students with prior pole experience that would like to focus on building a solid Level 1 foundation. *Please reference the pre-requisites above that are needed to enroll in this series.

Beginner Pole
This class is for those with little to no pole experience! Students will begin to explore navigating this new apparatus by learning basic walks, spins, transitions and how to safely engage the body throughout all of these elements. Actual class content varies from class to class, but the bulk of the fundamentals and their execution, is all the same.
*No Prerequisites for this class.
Please wear comfortable attire that you can move in. Shorts or any bottoms that expose the calf or below are preferred, but not necessary. (This is for initiating pole contact on the leg for a few basic spins. Leggings and pants sometimes add an extra challenge when learning these spins.)
No heels in this class.
Beginner Flow
Flow style pole dance choreography that is specifically designed to teach you how to move around the pole with grace and lightness. Entire focus of this class is making you feel sexy and comfortable with beginner exotic style pole dance movement.
Find Your Flow 101
A freestyle class designed for total beginners! This class will help you find your confidence in moving around the pole. It will cover basics, technique discussion and prompts catered specifically for beginners. Come, let us help you find your flow.
Low-Flow Combos
This is a short, combo based class to help students work on their overall pole flow. This class uses elements of floorwork, basework, spins and transitions.
*Knee pads required. Heels strongly encouraged, but not required.
**Beginner to Intermediate Level
Beginner Exo Flow
A choreography class that is designed to teach you how to move around the pole with grace and confidence. The focus of this class is to make you feel sexy and comfortable with pole flow, as well as erotic style dance and movements.
*Heels and knee pads are optional but highly encouraged.

Beginner Lyra
In this class we move students through fundamentals of aerial conditioning, initiating balance on the hoop, basic mounts, exploration of moves on the bottom bar and in the center of the hoop. Come fly and watch your confidence with this amazing apparatus grow.
*No prerequisite required.
Lyra 1
Students will continue to condition their aerial muscles, learn new ways to mount, expand upon basic phrases inside of the lyra, and will begin to explore making shapes upside down, as well as the top bar. Instructor Clearance required.
*Please wear comfortable clothing that covers your legs in this class (tights, leggings or athletic pants).
**Prerequisites: strong side mount, strong double knee hang, strong one handed delilah, must execute mermaid, man on the moon, cradle and corpse on each side, must execute 5 crunches on bottom bar (knees to bar), must execute 8 shoulder shrugs (feet off floor).
Lyra 2
This is our advanced level Lyra class. Students will explore more dynamic phrases and poses that challenge both the mind and the body while conditioning stamina. We explore drops and rolls, as well as shapes using the spanset and exploration of being on top of the lyra. Instructor Clearance required.
** Prerequisites: Strong splay/side mount (w/ chopper hold 5 seconds (both sides), circus mount (with pike hold) (both grips), consistent pullover mounting, strong amazon, split away, gazelle, back balance & front balance, strong single leg hang (both sides), strong descent awareness (baby skin the cats, reverse circus, reverse chopper, etc.), moderate spin control in various mounts.
Lyra 3
This class explores playing with the lyra at greater heights, working through speed spinning, conditioning those one-armed poses and more complicated rolls. Students will use their conditioning from prior levels to execute advanced inverted shapes on the top bar, as well as those more advanced poses, such as Russian Split, Superman Drop, wrapped lyra/span set poses and more intricate combinations that move throughout multiple aspects of the lyra.
*Prerequisites: Top bar circus mount, Inverted (top bar) delilah, chest stand, shoulder stand, stargazer (+clean exit of choice) (both sides), strong skin the cat (full range of motion)(x 3 in succession, feet off floor), hip key/thigh hold (no hands pike, split of choice)(side splay hold from sit 5 seconds)(both sides), beats (to sit, to upright single knee, to splay through & clean reentry of choice), aerial flares (to bottom bar splay mount)(each side/direction).
Lyra Flow
Students will learn a specific flow or combination and/or be given free flow prompts to help the mind and body find ease in exploring new and old pathways on the lyra.
*Prerequisites: MUST be cleared for Lyra 1 and above, this class is not suitable for beginners.
Open Lyra
Practice your existing inventory of tricks. No instruction provided, but crash mats and light supervision are available.
Aerial Conditioning & Stretching
If you've always wanted to improve your strength on lyra and pole, this class is for you! This class is specifically designed to develop and condition the strength that is required to progress in your aerial journey. First part of class consists of exercises in a boot camp format followed by stretch exercises to improve your overall flexibility.
Beginner Aerial Hammock
Ready to try Aerial Hammock? This is the class for newbies! The class combines conditioning, stretching and exploring basic poses and entries into the hammock.
*Please wear leggings and a tight top that will not roll up.
Aerial Hammock Level 1
This class will build on the foundation of the Beginner Aerial Hammock class, further expanding upon a variety of entries, poses and flow elements.
*Prerequisites: minimum of 4 beginner hammock classes or instructor clearance.
Aerial Hammock Flow (Sodo Only)
This class is designed for those with prior hammock experience that wish to expand upon their personal and guided flow practice. Students will explore spinning, as well as specific combinations and free flow prompts to build consistency, familiarity and confidence with aerial hammock flow.
Intermediate Aerial Hammock
This class includes Aerial Hammock Combos and sequences incorporating different new positions and tricks.
*Prerequisite: Instructor assessment required. A minimum of six (6) Intro to Aerial Hammock classes.
Twerk
Get your twerk on with Twerk teacher SoCo! Learn booty pops, booty vibrating, booty clocks, cheek isolation, twerk planks and more. We will break down twerk moves step by step to help anyone master the basics and take your twerk to the next level.
*All levels welcome.
Chair Dance Elements
Get sassy and sexy while learning fun ways to incorporate choreography with pole and chair dance.

Pole Conditioning
If you've always wanted to improve your strength, and lengthen those pole muscles, then this class is for you! Specifically designed to safely develop and condition the strength that is required to progress in your aerial journey. This class consists of various exercises led in a boot camp with intermittent stretching to improve your overall flexibility and range of motion. Please make sure to wear proper pole training attire to this class. Open to all levels!
Flexibility
Deepen your pole practice with this essential enrichment class. Gain mobility in this deep stretching and flexibility class. Your instructor will guide you through with a series of poses and stretches with a focus on alignment and proper engagement. This class will also feature various low impact exercises so the muscles learn how to properly engage while the body lengthens and stretches. Classes alternate focus on front splits, middle splits, and back/shoulders.
Beginner Salsa On2
Join us for Beginner Salsa On2; The class will focus on learning basic steps, turn pattern shines, body isolation as well as footwork. No partner required.
Drops & Clacks
Find your sass with drops and clacks! Learn the ways of the drop and how to give your pole flow a little sound with properly timed clacks. This class conditions proper foot engagement for heel work, as well as for drops. Students will move through various exercises and combinations which explore musicality with clacks, how to properly control their descents and all the ways we can land safely from our drops, both on and off the pole.
